The California Commission on the Fair Administration of Justice announces the publication of its Final Report and Recommendations. The Final Report is a compilation of all ten reports issued by the Commission coupled with background information on the Commissioners, their process of deliberation, and subsequent action taken in light of its work.

The California Commission on the Fair Administration of Justice has announced the list of invited witnesses for the third of three public hearings to address issues surrounding the fair administration of the death penalty in California. The third public hearing will take place on Friday March 28, 2008, from 9:30am to 12:30pm in the California Mission Room in the Bottom Level of the Benson Memorial Center on the campus of Santa Clara University, 500 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, California. This will be the last public hearing for the Commission before issuance of its final report in June 2008.
